Strings of Green is an exciting new name in the Bluegrass and Gospel music genre and one look at the band tells you why. This wonderful family band will bring a truckload of amazing talent and an exciting program with exceptional musicianship and heartfelt ministry. In a very short time, they have become one of the most respected rising groups in bluegrass gospel music today. God has truly blessed this father-and-sons band and is using their music to touch thousands of lives all across the US.

​Amid their long list of accolades, are two National Banjo Championships and many other National, International, and State banjo, mandolin and bass championships and awards all culminating in the International Bluegrass Band Championship in 2026 (SPBGMA) in Nashville and the Youth in Bluegrass Contest in Branson, MO.

They currently reside in Walnut Ridge, AR where Josiah, the oldest son, attends Williams Baptist University and Brandon, the dad, directs the American Roots Music Program. The band is very active in and around the University!
