Barkley Cove is a 4 piece college-aged acoustic folk ensemble from Pennsylvania with a focus in collective songwriting, vocal harmony, and improvisation. We are inspired by many traditional artists old and new- Bill Monroe, Jim & Jesse, AJ Lee, the Slocan Ramblers, to name a few- but generally just try to do our best to follow our passions and create something new and exciting with our music. We are heavily dedicated to originality and focus on trying to create new sounds that have hopefully never been heard in that exact way before, especially coming from an instrumentally bluegrass-flavored ensemble. barkleycove.com
