Born in East Tennessee from East Tennessee State University college student jam sessions, King Springs Road is a rare collaboration of American and Dutch band members. Their style would best be described as a band steeped in the roots of traditional Bluegrass, without the fear of a progressive flair. Being comprised of mostly songwriters, KSR strives to keep the tradition of original music alive with catchy melodies and clever lyrics interlaced with well proven covers. They keep their performance unique by bridging their different cultures, nationalities, and musical backgrounds with their love of Bluegrass music, original compositions, and fellowship.
