Wayne Taylor, one of the original founding members of Blue Highway. Born in Richmond Virginia. January 2nd 1955. Long time coal truck driver in Buchanan County Virginia. A 2016 inductee into the Virginia Country Music Hall of Fame. No doubt the most recognizable song written by Wayne is Blue Highway’s “Lonesome Pine”.
